About Invoice Extractor

Invoice Extractor is web software for bookkeeping in Cambodia. It reads invoices in Khmer and English — PDFs, scans, phone photos and handwritten ones — and turns each into a spreadsheet row with the vendor, TIN, date, items, VAT and totals in USD and KHR. You check the rows in a grid and export an Excel file. It is made for accountants, tax agents and business owners who enter many invoices every month.

Your invoices

To read an invoice, the file is sent over an encrypted connection to the AI service that does the reading (Claude, by Anthropic). We do not keep the file after it has been read. What we store is the result: the values in your table, so you can come back to your work. Other customers can never see your invoices.

What it does not do

Invoice Extractor does not file tax returns and does not replace an accountant. Reading is automatic and can be wrong, especially on faint or handwritten invoices, so rows with warnings are left unticked and every number should be checked before you export.
